In all seriousness, I have always thought green chili is this massive secret that people have just not found out about. You can get the heat of a jalopino but with ten times better flavor. It is also a control labor flavor with multiple options. Friendly bit of advice. Make A BLT - add a little cheddar cheese and put in an English muffin- might be the best thing you ever have had. Don't be skimpy on the bacon life is too short.
