Living in NC is a challenge to get the proper green chilies for stews, soups, and burgers. I miss living in Colorado, so to have a little taste of home here in NC I have to improvise. I’ve been ordering from Hatch for a number of year. Always fresh, always as advertised. If I have a problem with my order, they will Absolutely bend over backwards to make it right. Once you’re a customer, you’ll continually get all kinds of recipes and ideas to make other things you may have never heard of.
