I took advantage of being able to order early for this year's crop back in January. I ordered 25 lbs of Big Jim's. They all arrived in great shape. Not one bad one in the whole box. The Chile's were huge and roasted up very nicely. This is my 3rd year of ordering early and I couldn't be more pleased with the product. Thank you, Hatch Chile.
