I have never had any issue with Hatch Chile Store, with the exception of receiving frozen my chiles (5# medium and 5# hot) above room temperature and unsafe to eat after sittinf in an environment inconsistent with frozen goods. I wish you would put "FROZEN PRODUCE" clearly seen by the shipper so maybe someone would help expedite them a little. However, you made good on your promise and sent another box of them and I got yhem still a little cool, so I put them in the freezer. I really love your product. Even with higher shipping rates ti insure a two or three day delivery to my address, I would gladly pay for them, they are just that goood. My interaction with your family has been positive.
