Great service. I placed an order for a ten pound box. When I received an email confirmation of the order I realized that I had missed overnight shipping since the order was coming to Florida. I called back and added overnight. However, the agent forgot to update my shipping and it took five days to arrive. Upon arrival some of the chile was rotting and unusable. I contacted the store and the owner responded saying he would overnight a new box at their cost and I could salvaged whatever I could. That is great service and I have ordered more. Thank you.
