Hatch Chile Store is a store that can make you feel warm and fuzzy even when shipping issues occur. After ordering a 10 lb box of fresh greens and going for the next day delivery things went good on store side, A delivery issue happened that would be out of their control and Pam, with The Hatch Chile store was able to correct the situation. Their product smells amazing while roasting and tastes even better. This year’s Hatch Chile tastes like it has a little more heat than last year. Last years were still great to make the different recipes found on their site. I am looking forward to making my scratch tortillas and using the fresh roasted Chile’s from their store as the star.
