Dear HCS...
So, I got my 25lb box a couple weeks ago; roasted, peeled, ziploc and frozen. Then realized, "that looks kinda small, I don't think that'll be enough."
2nd 25lb box arrived Friday, roasted and peeled Saturday, bagged and frozen. Of course, tested the product out at each meal for Quality Assurance; passed 'Chef BQ' certification.
As I review my freezer storage, I notice there are some vacant spots on the freezer door...
