Although I am satisfied with the Hatch chili store, I am not satisfied with order I received a few weeks ago I. The chilis were very small, some only 3 inches. I would say 70 percent of the box was small which made very hard to roast and peel. I hate to go to your competitor but I’m thinking about it.
