I got 4 lbs medium, 4 lbs hot chilies. I was notified that they would be coming, then got delivery notifications. They came in excellent condition. I roasted/peeled/froze most of the medium chiles but stuffed 8 w/sauteed chorizo & smoked them, then topped w/cheese, crema, salsa. Delicious!
Roasted/peeled/chopped/froze the hot peppers for future use.
