We came from Denver and roasted chillies were easy to find.
Spent some time along the gulf in Tx and finally settled in Northern Utah.
Neither area had fresh Hatch chili...just the canned stuff. The vinegar in the canned chili ruined all of our dishes.
I like the convince of the peeled whole chillies.
I'll be a return customer!
