The chile is sweet and the right heat--we bought hot--, but it could be roasted a little longer by the Chile Store. The flesh is a bit tough, so it needs a some extra cooking on my end. And I would appreciate the option of being able to order it "skin on," which seals in the flavor and protects the flesh from the freezer. The chile was beautifully wrapped and I really apprecisted the recycleable materials.
