The product is really great. You can not find better hatch chile products all in one place anywhere. The customer service is just average. I was having difficulty checking out using Shop Pay or PayPal, both of which I have active accounts, and have used recently for other types of purchases. I tried to contact customer service via e mail, then I received a text from a Detroit Michigan phone number wanting some info from me. Red Flag ! I tried again to contact them via e mail about this situation and never heard back ! Also, I was not sure, but the site freshchileco.com and hatch-green-chile.com and hatchchilestore. All sell the same labelled products or are all the same company, hard to tell.
