I ordered my chile a couple of weeks ago, I live in Northeast Florida there was a delay in the delivery, and my chile arrived spoiled, I emailed Customer Service and told them what happened, they resent my order it arrived in 2 days in perfect condition, Thank you Hatch Chile Store.
