Customer service is amazing!. Shipper destroyed 50 lbs worth of green chilis. Discarded 25 lbs and delivered 25 lbs worth of rotting smashed mess! Hatch Chili Store already knew about the problem with shipping and assured me they would replace entire shipment. 4 days later 50 lbs arrived in great shape and with awesome flavor. This relocated Arizona native is in heaven! Will definitely order again next year!
