Preston you are so right. You and your marvelous co did nothing wrong. It must be my fault that you can't overnight ship a usable box of Chiles for 3 weeks! That it's because I don't understand your business is my fault. And insulting me by saying " you are not selling widgets" is somehow an apology for not being able to get a box of Chiles delivered on time. Yes it's all my fault. Your CO motto must be " it's all the customers fault if we don't do our job". I don't want a box of free Chiles. In fact I want nothing from you or your co except the promised refund.
