I started buying my green from the Hatch Chile Store because I became unhappy with the green I had been buying from a competitor in Las Cruces. Their Xtra hot was very weak, so I tried The Hatch Chile Store. My wife and I are native New Mexicans living in Ohio. We are happy that there are places like The Hatch Chile Store where we can enjoy the uniqueness of our home state.
