Chile tastes great. Skipped last year due to the prices being so high. For the last 10 years I have ordered chile annually from the hatch store.
One thing, I selected and was charged for 2 day delivery and it was delivered on the 3 day with shipping info and all. Considering the price difference between the 2 deliveries I feel I was ripped off. Perhaps you should deliver as it was paid for!
