I would of given this a higher rating however we ordered Sandia Hot this chile isn't hot it tastes like mild to us we are from there that transplanted to Illinois so we know hot chile since we use to buy it at the local grocery store and they would roast it for us. It tastes like Hatch but doesn't have the heat we desired. I hope this helps
