Hi,
1st time buyer and I was so excited to receive freshly picked hatch green chilies. Maybe I had way to high of expectations because the chilies I received were very small and very thin. Tips were starting to rot. All I wanted was decent size chilies to make chili relleno's. After roasting they split and there wasnt enough skins to cover cheese after I put it inside.
My bad.. I guess it is buyer beware. Flavor was out of this world though.
Very expensive lesson and I feel so bad about this.
