The hatch green chiles are the best and very spicy.
The red enchilada sauce is very silky but it has a ketchup flavor to me and i prefer blending my own dried New Mexico chiles which has a fantastic flavor. The 575 red sauce I have not tried yet and I’m looking forward to make some delicious enchiladas.
