Sweet, tasty goodness. Not as "hot," as some years - just as firm accurately said. So, next time, I would buy both medium and hot. Bottom line: quick service, great product quality. Brings me back to my decades in the Land of Enchantment, living/working working in Alb., Los Alamos and Santa Fe with family. Tip: blend green chile, banana, apple, avocado, water for a breakfast juicer - (above-and-beyond, of course, using for a classic green chile stew or topping for heuvos rancheros).
