I lived in New Mexico for over 30 years before moving back to Pennsylvania. I really miss eating good Mexican food and can’t get red or green chile. I ordered some from The Hatch Chile Store. I was very impressed with how quickly I received my order and how well the jars were packed. I’m really looking forward to making some green chile chicken enchiladas!
