Sent 4 lbs fresh medium heat chile to a friend -Bee-bee - near Tampa, FL. So far she has made salsa, gumbo & linguini. She also gave some whole fresh chiles to friends. Bee-bee loves that her home smells "like a Mexican restaurant kitchen." I think that means two thumbs up!
