My Anaheim and Big Jim Chilis arrived in wonderful condition...just like from the farmers market in Colorado where I used to live! I roasted them the same day and they are in my freezer waiting for many cooking adventures. I also tried your recipe for Street Corn Dip and it was fantastic! My new favorite and I sent it to friends in CO to try. I also just bought a freezer so think I'll order some more!
