I love ordering Hatch Chili because, first; it takes me home. I currently live in Alabama. Second; I remember the wonderful smell from my youth. This chili is like no other. I've always gotten my orders from Hatch while the chili's are still green. I recently ordered dried for my winter dishes. A+
