The stores in central Arkansas were out or never got any Hatch peppers this year so I looked online and found The HCS - and I just got my first 4 lb order. Wow - they are amazing looking - and smelling -- much plumper and healthier looking than anything I have ever found in a grocery store! Now I'm thinking - should I get some red ones or another 4 lbs? Looking forward to getting busy with what I've got! Thank you very much!
