Quality is great and conveniently ready to go.
The only reason for 4 stars is because, as a cowgirl from New Mexico, I'd like some Xtra Hot chili's.
But, these are way hot enough for the average wanna-be.
Made the best fresh charred white corn and green chili salsa - they loved it!
