Hey there Preston & Elaine! This was our second shipment of ???? from you guys, and we love them. I would, however, like to mention one less-than-ideal factor in enjoying your chilis; I paid significantly more to have the ???? "roasted & peeled", yet find most of them to include hard, sharp pieces left on the peppers. Since these shards are very unpleasant in the gums (gingiiva) I recommend that you guys review your quality control procedures with your employees. Thanks again for providing "the best ???? ". Marty
