Ordered 25 lb of fresh green chile and what a pleasant surprise! I wasn’t sure what to expect but when I opened the box and saw absolutely fresh green chile fresher than what you find in the grocery store I knew it was well worth the money! We roasted it that evening and of course sampled some wrapped in warm tortillas with some garlic salt and another pleasant surprise, wonderful flavor beyond what I find in a jar here in Minnesota.
