The chile came in great shape!! I was very impressed!! The only problem was that there wasn't any heat to it. I have ordered in the past from another company & their Hot was HOT!! So we order both medium & hot. I had never ordered from you so I thought that by ordering Med-Hot, it would be just what I wanted. We will be ordering some frozen HOT to mix in here pretty soon. Next time I will know, I guess.
