I am so in love with ese guys that my husband is jealous. I ordered mild and then medium and hope to make one more order of chilies for roasting. I was curious to see what the tamales and chimichangas were like (for my husband - hoping to sooth his jealousy). It worked! The tamales and chimichangas are wonderful and now I know when I have to travel, he can find his love in the freezer ;)
