I’m a lifetime resident of Michigan and have very good success growing jalapeños, habaneros, but when it comes to a New Mexico chile it’s only Hatch for me and I will only buy from where they’re grown. The 10 pound box of extra hot fresh chiles I ordered arrived to me in great condition, they are beautiful peppers. I have them roasted and in the freezer stored in glass storage containers. I will be ordering more next year from the Hatch Chiles store.
