I haven't tasted my whole roasted Big Jims yet. But I can write a review for customer service, which was fantastic. Email communication and tracking of my order was seamless and my 5 lbs of chile arrived on time and still frozen! Thank you for providing such great customer and product care! I'll write more after I cook more with my first batch.
