The order was received quickly and in fine condition. The chilis were fresh and most of them were a good size with meaty flesh. Some, not many, were too small for roasting so we put those aside while we roasted the others on the grille. The Sandia variety is a fairly hot variety and they did not disappoint. We have shared some with friends and neighbors and they were impressed. Today we made green chile stew with a boneless pork butt roast. Can't wait for supper.
