I grew up on Hatch chile living in Santa Fe. I'm in Texas now and used to go back annually for visits and my bushel of Hatch chile. I don't get to make those trips any more but I can still get my favorite chile delivered, thanks to the Hatch Chile Store. Got my first delivery and I was so happy! It arrived quickly and the chile all looks great. Thank you for making it easier for some of us who can't travel there any more.
