I love Hatch chilies and miss them since I left New Mexico. I ordered 2 boxes but the delivery was slow. It took a week, and the chilies were no longer frozen or cold by the time I received them. I emailed the Hatch Chile store. They were easy to work with and immediately sent a new batch and ensured I received them. I appreciate good service and making things right. I’ll be ordering from them again.
