I ordered the chile over the internet and made a mistake, I called the next business day and was so happy when I was told they would correct my goof and the chile would be shipped out the next day. I purchased two different kinds of chile for our son and his family and as you can see by the picture they started roasting them right away. They were so excited and said that the chile was delicious, just the smell of them in the box made them happy!!! Thank you Hatch Chile Store for the best chile. Can't wait till next year. God Bless.
