I ordered the #25 box of medium green chile arrived on schedule as expected in high temps, but everything looked great on arrival!. Roasted, peeled, and frozen within 2 days. Considering a second shipment to make my own green enchilada sauce for canning and storing! Love that this is available to me as NM ex-pat! Thank you!
