Hi there, my order arrived and I immediately enjoyed the fresh smell of the chiles. Next day I roasted two sheets of chiles and some were frozen and some I peeled to add to our meal. However not much ‘meat’ was left. About 1/4 of the chiles had turned red. Consequently the 10 lbs I received didn’t yield much ‘chile’ to work with.
