I was born, raised and lived in New Mexico for 59 years but recently moved to New Hampshire. I order frozen green chile, chile rellenos, pork tamales and every jar of red chile & enchilada sauce offered. The orders are always shipped on time and kept safe & frozen via Fed Ex. The flavors are as wonderful as it was back in NM. Next year I will order fresh and roast my own. We Luv' The Hatch Chile Store!
