I ordered 20 lb hot and another 20 lb medium chopped Hatch chili and they shipped it on a Wednesday. Lo and behold it arrived on Thursday and my UPS store post office box but I couldn't pick it up because they were closed by the time I got there. The shipment ended up sitting in there office through the weekend and I picked it up on Monday. This wasn't their problem it was mine but the good thing is everything was still frozen, the dry ice wasn't there anymore but all the chili bags were still frozen wow that's all I can say. I tried the chili and it is excellent. I will probably by here again next year it was so convenient little expensive but well worth it thank you goes out to the hatch Green chili store
