This was my second year ordering my Hatch green chile from your company. Last year I ordered 25 lbs of the medium chile, it was pretty mild. This year I ordered 5lbs of your Hot chile and was very disappointed that it had absolutely no heat, it was mild like last years. Not sure I will be ordering any in the future. Sorry,
