I ordered from this company twice already this year. They really do work hard at their job. I recently sent my annual order to my BFF who's from New Mexico but now on the east coast. The shipping was sent out air but a certain brown truck dropped the ball. The beautiful chilis were ruined. Thank goodness I ordered air freight and paid extra for damage in shipping. My friend 5 days later got her second order perfectly okay. Thank you Hatch for such a great job. I am grateful for such service. a Texas customer.
