It was a rough start trying to order the frozen chiles to take advantage of the free shipping. Could have all the requirements on the home page. It took several calls to get the order placed and then my credit card was inadvertently charged for $518 (for 10 lbs of chiles). Another phone call and it was fixed right away. The fact that you offered to give me the entire order free spoke volumes about your customer service. I will be back, which was a claim I wasn't sure I'd be able to make. Thanks for the great customer service. The chiles arrived still frozen and went right into the freezer to enjoy all winter. Thanks.
