Peppers arrived a day early. 5lb box weighed 7lbs. Almost all the peppers were still green and none were shriveled at all. Roasted them all within a few days and now searching for things to do with 7lbs of Hatch chiles. So far green and red chile pizza is a winner. $30 was a little pricey for only 7lbs of peppers but I can't say I'm disappointed in this impulse purchase. Can't wait for next season!
