The red unroasted chile was absolutely fabulous. Unfortunately when I went to order more they were out. The chopped/frozed green chile had a strange plastic taste to it and I am not sure if all the frozen packages that I bought will be like this. The first two that we opened had the strange taste an we had to discard them.
