We lived in New Mexico for a few years during the 80s and got hooked on hatch chilies. Now, we live in Arkansas and the chilies are only available on rare occasion in the fall. Recently, I discovered your product and ordered a half dozen jars. This stuff is like manna from heaven. Seriously.
I made a hatch chicken stew that was to die for and it was like taking a trip back in time. I will be keeping stocked up on your hatch chilies and plan to give jars as gifts!!!
