As a native New Mexican living in Hawaii now, I miss New Mexico's authentic chili during the holiday season. I was so glad to find a company that I loved back in NM that shipped to HI. My order came in two days like stated, and I could smell the chili as soon as I opened the box. I love the way the portion sizes are wrapped in tight bags and the Medium-Hot was not too spicy but had that kick. I will be ordering more soon! :)
