Received the hot Hatch chile in the time that was promised and it came frozen and expertly packaged. I made a pan of green chile chicken enchiladas almost immediately and was instantly transported by to my home in Northern NM. The chile is roasted, spicy, and chopped quite unevenly. Be prepared to chop it just a bit more if you desire uniformity. But it’s a little sacrifice for a lot of flavor!
