Once we discovered Hatch Green Chiles, we ordered first the fresh from this store and then learned quickly it is much easier to buy the roasted and frozen. Absolutely love the service and the product(s) from The Hatch Chile Store. Have been buying regularly since 2018. I use them for cooking and sauces. Only regret is that I didn't discover them sooner.
